Debts are coursed through a number of ways, usually due to a break down in communication between the creditor and the debtor. Maybe on some occasions this has been created on purpose by the debtor!
We at "The Association of Credit Providers", Debt Collection Department, put great emphasis in bridging this communication gap. The debtor may have financial problems, they may feel that the service/products were not as expected or the debtor is simply dodging their responsibility. Whatever be the reasons, our first job is to ascertain the difficulties in obtaining payment and open a degree of communication between both the parties, where we act as mediator.
While we are trying to bridge in the communication, we will examine your documentation, analyze the debtors’ financial worth and study documents in the public domain and find out about the debtor’s position in the local community.
All the above gives us a good understanding of the debtors’ ability to pay and enable us to know what methods used ensures quick and swift response from your debtor for payment.
We will then send you a proposal to for collection of your debtor. You will have to sign the proposal and provide us supporting documents to instruct us to collect your funds. We act within 1 hour of receiving your instruction.
On occasions we will need to use court action for the collection of debts.
