Submit Moneyclaim

The Association of Credit Providers is the best place to make a claim for payment of a debt. Our 95,000 strong memberships will all be advised of the threat of doing business with your debtor; we also make our information available to credit reference agencies. By using our services you have the power of a truly national organisation that your debtor can not afford to ignore.

Once we receive your instruction to collect the debt, and after we have sent the first letter to your debtor of introduction and request to pay with immediate effect, we will host your debtors name, address and details on our Defaulters Directory. Anybody who searches credit information on with debtor’s name will be able to see the details.
